‘Secrets Of Sulphur Springs’ Season 2’s Disney+ Date No Longer A Secret

The breakthrough Disney Channel smash, 'Sulphur Springs,' is apparently dropping it's full 2nd season on Disney+ before most episodes even air.

UPDATE: A few hours after our article went live we were informed this had been quietly confirmed by Disney!

🚨Ummm… how could this go completely unreported? Is Disney Marketing for Disney Streaming the worst in the biz?

This is right up there with not mentioning 24 binge series added in November and December. Or 4 surprise returning films on January 7th.

Or the Winter TCA’s 2022 announcing a few titles for Earth Day and a Proud Family: Louder and Prouder release date when last year they announced FIVE MONTHS (!) of release dates for their originals slate.

SECRETS OF SULPHUR SPRINGS (C) 2020 / DISNEY

THE ENTIRE 2ND SEASON OF Secrets Of Sulphur Springs THAT JUST PREMIERED YESTERDAY IS COMING TO DISNEY+ IN 5 DAYS WITH NO PROMO?!

Could this be a misunderstanding? Maybe.

Could this be a surprise ruined? Maybe?

All we know is:

  1. Reliable source UPI reported casually at the end of their interview with Kyliegh Curran, the star of Sulphur Springs, that the ENTIRE season drops on Disney+ Wednesday, January 19th.
  2. The mother of a cast member (whose name we protect) may or may not have said something.

Secrets of Sulphur Spring’s entire 2nd season is coming to Disney+ January 19th

Big ole tip of the hat to UPI and our Disney Channel liaison Grant.
